Judy Waller is an artist whose work reflects a deep connection to nature, animals, and the landscapes that have shaped her life. She lives with her husband, a cat, two dogs, five goats, ten cows, and four chickens on a farm near Dade City, Florida. Growing up on a farm near the St. Lawrence River in Eastern Ontario, she experienced an isolated yet profoundly inspiring environment—one that instilled in her a lifelong love of animals and the natural world.
Judy’s artistic journey has been enriched by time spent in Toronto, Tampa, New York City, San Francisco, and Los Angeles, where she engaged with vibrant creative communities that influenced her evolving style. Her work blends bold textures and expressive storytelling, drawing from both rural serenity and urban energy.
Through painting, drawing, and mixed media, Judy explores themes of alternate realities, aiming to evoke a sense of connection and wonder. Her art is a dialogue between the real and the imagined, personal experience and universal emotion.
